Welcome Horse Boss members! This is the day you will arrive to the NRS Event Center in Decatur, TX! However, if this doesn't work for you and your schedule, you are free to move in on the 22nd as well! 

 

This is for anyone who has purchased their Ranch Passes! You do not have to be a Horse Bosses member to attend.

Ranch Passes are $99 per pass and must be purchased BEFORE the cutoff date of June 5^th.

There are no Ranch Passes being sold after the cutoff date.

Your Barrel Race Entry does NOT act as a pass to come tour the ranch.

Buses will be picking up from NRS Event Center in Decatur, TX.

There are NO separate cars under any circumstance allowed to follow the buses into the ranch.

You must be on the bus in order to enter the ranch. No exceptions.

Buses are wheelchair accessible. 

 

If you have entered the barrel race you will check in at the check-in table and receive your back number and swag bag! Swag bags are for those racing only. You will need your ticket that is emailed to you after you purchase your entry to check-in. 

After you check-in it is time to shop at the Ranch Dress'n Headquarters!

We will also have a ManSports pop-up shop!

 

We accept credit card ONLY.

 

The ranch is a non smoking facility.

No outside dogs are permitted at the ranch.

We have Adam's BBQ coming just for you!

Horse Bosses is not responsible for the purchase of food. Adam's BBQ accepts cash and credit cards. 

Tailgate Talk will be in the arena to get prepared for an amazing event. 

It is time to load up and head back to NRS. You should arrive back to NRS by 5:00 PM.

Exhibitions are for Horse Boss members that need practice. You will enter on site (no pre-entries for expos).

Limit 100 exhibitions - Cash Only - $5 per expo

We encourage no matter what your skill level that you have a blast running at this event!

This is a safe place where we are all encouraging!

Action shots: DRESS UP! There will be a BEST DRESSED AWARD and an Action Shot photographer to purchase your pictures!

 

Checking in: Check-in will be at the ranch on the 22nd. Buses leave very promptly, so if you aren't able to make the bus please send someone with your information so they can check-in on your behalf. Buses are handicap accessible. If you are not able to check-in on the 22nd you may check-in on the 23rd from 8:30 to 9:30 AM. If you pre-entered online you will not be subject to a late fee. If you enter on-site on the 23rd you will be subject to a $20 late fee.

Tickets: Anyone coming to the ranch, regardless of age or race participation, will need to purchase a RANCH PASS for $99 in order for us to track food, buses needed, and any special accommodations. Tickets will be checked prior to getting on the bus. Tickets are EMAILED to you after purchase. 

Entering the Jackpot: If you want to enter the open, please do so online. Entry fees are $35 to enter the open. Late entries will incur a $20 office fee for entering on site. Entries will close at 9:30 AM on the 23rd. 

There will be $1,000 added, Buckles to the winners of each D, and tons of prizes!

 

Bunk Houses/Cabins: NRS is an amazing indoor facility with very limited on-site cabins for you to stay in.

If you want to grab one of these make sure to hurry! 

RV Hookups: Feel free to stay in your trailer on site.

Hook ups are available and can be booked online at the same time as your stalls.

The NRS Center has a gorgeous facility that is safe and spacious. They have 111 stalls available for immediate booking and also allow you to build pens for your horses on site at no charge. Tie-outs are PROHIBITED.
