Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned for Store Credit only. Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. will not accept any returns after 30 days. Your credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, odor, or wear) with all labels and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.



We do not do exchanges. Our reasoning is simple. Our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the credit towards the correct item/size or for another item.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address.

*No returns or exchanges on helmets, splint boots, supplements, or sale items.


Shoe Return Policy

If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied with your shoes, we will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase if the following conditions are met: 

  • All items must be unworn. 
  • All Items must be in their original packaging. 
  • You must include the original invoice.


Return Procedure

 1. Please print or include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note without providing an order number your return will not be processed.

 2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all parts & accessories) with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. No returns or exchanges on helmets, splint boots, supplements, or sale items.

3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Ranch Dress’n is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product is received at our warehouse. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form our a gift card code to your email.
