What I Pack Before Hitting the Road: My FREE Horse Trailer Packing Checklist
I’ve spent a fair share of time on the road with horses—basically my entire life. I’ve made every mistake you can think of. I’ve left the critical thing at home, not packed enough of the one thing I needed more of and overpacked basically everything else. Over the years, I’ve become an expert at narrowing down what I need and leaving the things I don’t behind. Doing this helps me stay organized and lowers my stress level. I still overpack tack but when it comes to pretty breast collars, headstalls and saddle pads I believe more is definitely more!
To make it super easy for you, I’ve listed some of my top essentials I don’t leave the ranch without making sure are in my trailer. I’ve linked some of my favs in case you want to check out what I’m loving but if you’d rather just shop all my must have items for the horses click here.
